Home Agreement for Non-Refundable Deposit on a Great MaDane Puppy

Thank you for your interest in a Great MaDane puppy. We are very happy that you chose to purchase your new Great Dane from us. We have a few simple rules when it comes to deposits. We ask that you review and initial each numbered paragraph and that you ask questions regarding anything you do not understand.

______1. You have discussed a puppy with myself, Cindy Allen, and we both know the specific puppy you have chosen.
______2. The puppy is described as follows: _______________________________ ___________________________________________________________________
______3. We accept Master Card, Visa, Am. Express, PayPal, and Cash. Your form of payment for the deposit is: __________________ in the amount of ___________. When you pick the puppy up, you will owe ___________________.
_______4. I, the buyer, understand that after 8 weeks from the date of birth of the said puppy, if the said puppy is not picked up and paid for in full, any money that has changed hands will be forfeited and the said puppy will be resold UNLESS other arrangements have been made ex. puppy being shipped by air.
______5. I, the buyer, understand that if the seller, Cindy Allen, should change their mind or if the puppy is deemed unhealthy or if it should die, all money will be refunded to the buyer.
